Santa Fe Improv launches True Stories — a new monthly improv show where New Mexico’s most interesting people share unscripted stories that become live comedy — with a special guest: Santa Fe’s Mayor, Michael J Garcia.

Here’s how it works: you give us a word. Michael tells true stories — memories, opinions, tangents — sparked by it. Then Santa Fe’s best improvisers spin his stories into a series of scenes you’ve never seen before, and will never see again. Just one of New Mexico’s own, a room full of people, and whatever happens next.

Proceeds support Improv4Schools™, Santa Fe Improv’s free improv program in New Mexico public middle and high schools.
