DESCRIPTION:Sundays: April 12- May 31\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Class Time: 3:30- 5:30pm\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				8 consecutive weeks\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Instructor: James Howat\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				This class introduces the monologue as a way to create premise-based longform improv sets. Develop the ability to make premise-based initiations that help jump start your scene. Build on the fundamentals of creating a base reality (who\, what\, where) and emotional reality. Revisit and heighten scenes later in the set with second beats. Other things explored in this level are framing and justification. \nPrerequisite: Level 1: Intro to Longform or prior improv experience \nFINANCIAL AID INFOSanta Fe Improv is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We aim to offer high quality improv classes at low cost to our community members as a result. However\, some of us have more means than others.
