Each of these tangents is eventually sweep edited\, which returns the action to the source scene. These tangents can be thought of as the “petals” extending out from the source scene. In this way\, Pretty Flower is a Monoscene in chapters\, periodically broken up by short montages.\n \n \nThe tangent sections often lend themselves to faster\, goofier play through tag runs or character games.
