JOYFUL IMPROV

Why are we making improv more difficult than it needs to be? Ultimately, we’re playing make-believe with our friends. That’s so fun! This workshop is all about simplifying things by getting back to the basics and focusing on having a blast on stage. In order for the audience to have fun, the people on stage need to be having the most fun! Let’s lead with joy and see where that takes us.

INSTRUCTOR: Casey Feigh is a comedic actor, writer, producer & director and the creator of Holy Shit Improv, a comedy show featuring the best improv talent in Los Angeles. Casey is a regular on the podcast Comedy Bang! Bang! and has taught improv all around the world, as well as at the UCB Theatre since 2012 where he also performs in ASSSSCAT and with his graduated Harold Team JV in #ThrowbackFriday. As an actor Casey has appeared in What We Do In The Shadows, Unprisoned, For All Mankind, Lessons in Chemistry, The Goldberg’s, Night Court & more. Casey has created and sold shows to Comedy Central & Pop TV and also written for NBC, Disney and FunnyOrDie. Casey loves to teach and talk about improv, he believes “if this is true, what else is true” is more important than “yes, and”.
