Santa Fe Improv launches True Stories — a new monthly improv show where New Mexico’s most interesting people share unscripted stories that become live comedy — with a special debut guest: Santa Fe local and acclaimed actress Cassidy Freeman (Paradise, The Righteous Gemstones, Longmire).

Here’s how it works: you give us a word. Cassidy tells true stories — memories, opinions, tangents — sparked by it. Then Santa Fe’s best improvisers spin her stories into a series of scenes you’ve never seen before, and will never see again. Just one of New Mexico’s own, a room full of people, and whatever happens next.
